With a great deal of excitement Dwyka Mining Services is proud to announce it will be partnering at this year‘s Mining Indaba 2023 in Cape Town, South Africa at Booth C26 with Getac. Investing in Mining Indaba is the premiere mining exhibition on the African continent taking place this week 6 – 9 February in Cape Town.
A key focus area for Dwyka Mining Services is the support of connected worker programmes on mine-site. Connecting assets in real-time to enterprise software, support services, management and their colleagues has proven safety and productivity benefits. The reality of deploying these programmes is that reliable connectivity networks and suitable devices are integral. Mine-ready devices such as rugged tablets with increasing processing power are now being demanded as an entry-level requirement and with connectivity becoming more robust, the reliability and performance of devices in harsh conditions has become paramount.
